Getting Bosch Fan out of the Oven

Hi, we have Bosch HBB EP31-7 fan oven which I’m trying to replace the fan on – the only problem is that I can’t get the fan blades out (the bit that is in the actual oven)!

I’ve taken the nut off of the fan, then lifted the olive out. I think that should be it – just need to take the fan blades out – but I can’t get them out. I’ve tried WD40, I’ve tried pulling them (I’ve applied a hell of a lot of force and the blades just won’t come out), I’ve tried levering them (put a screwdriver behind) – and they just won’t shift.

Any ideas please?

Can you check that model number again? Computer says NO!
