Gorenje Dishwasher GV62110 E2 fault

Hi,
Just had a call from a customer with a Gorenje dishwasher GV62110 displaying E2. She says its left water in the base. I’m presuming its a pump fault but can anybody shed more light on it. I cant find any codes for these machines. Cant say i’ve ever worked on one of the modern Gorenje machines, so havent got any technical info on it.
Any help would be appreciated

E2 is no drain in 4 minutes
