    I have been out to this Gorenje Hob and it is a touch control hob. When the power button is pressed the lights come on for a split second then go out. A few seconds later the key lock lights up and stays lit for about 5 seconds then that goes out. Don’t think its a lock fault but got no info on these and not sure about getting spares either.
    Help much apreciated.

    This has a five year warranty with gorenje if less than 3 yrs old.Advise the customer to contact gorenje for service.

    Not sure of the age as these have been put in by the builder to a load of apartments but will try to find out.
    How do we stand on getting service info and parts on these if out of waranty thogh?

    Parts would be through ISDAL who are also the service provider.
