    Hi, help with an error code please!

    Gorenje BO647A20XG electric oven had been cooking in fan mode for able 2 hours at 180deg.

    Oven suddenly shut down giving error 11. Powered off oven and about 30 minutes later restarted it and been unable to replicate the fault.

    Any help with what error 11 is greatly appreciated!

    You’re not going to like this Gorenje tech says….

    Zero cross failure on the power board BIO – at connecting of the oven to the mains there is nothing on display, after 30 seconds error appears

    Solution:

    replace the power board

    Not good.

    I presume the fix for this is a new power board.

    Is it a viable / economic repair? The oven is still under guarantee

    Yes and yes and, if in warranty it won’t cost you anything anyway.
