Gorenje Sensocare does not start washing

Hello! I have a problem with my washing machine. I bought it in 2014 january and it worked pretty well. But in the past few days it wouldn’t start any washing program.Instead it remains blocked like in this picture:

January 2014 should be still under 2 year warranty surely. You`d better check! Does the door lock with these lights flashing? Have you tried turning the machine off and waiting 4 hours and then turn it back on again and see what happens. Any buzzing/humming noises in the back ground especially from the rear left?

Tenwanjera can you supply us with the model and ART number please without this I doubt if anyone will be able to help.

If it was a two year warranty it would now be expired 😉 or it could be on a five year 😀 model number will help us decide.

Thank you guys , i I decided I’m gonna call for some washing machine service . I tried to do something about this issue but it wouldnt help. I will just spent some money and get some qualified tehnician for this job , i don’t want to mess it. Have a nice day!
