Have been considering buying an ISE machine in the not too distant future, but am concerned that this takeover may affect the current production arrangements.

Gorenje may not be keen to continue production of ISE machines at the Asko factory once they have full control and may jeopardise ISE’s future – or am I being to simplistic?

Too simplistic.

I’d be absolutely astonished if that were to happen and, anyway, until the terms are known, the shareholding and a host of other unknowns are known, it’s not really worth speculating.

What I can say is that Asko are perfectly happy with what ISE does.
