Gorenje W7223D W/M Electronic Control Unit Programming

Good evening,

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on problems with the above washing machine? (Art No: 460803/02)

I have replaced the above board as all the led’s were flashing in unison, and no programme could be selected or started. (evidence of burning on board too)

Once renewed, there was no wash or spin action, which I traced to worn out motor carbon brushes, which I managed to obtain and replaced. ( Gorenje and other suppliers can only supply a complete motor?

However, the machine still isn’t working correctly… on a 30 minute wash cycle, it draws water, agitates for a few minutes and then drains.

Yet, it then does not fill again for several minutes, and just agitates until the 3 led’s to the left of the start/pause button flash together.

So, should the board need programming, or should I be looking at another fault?

The washer is pretty basic, and doesn’t have a display.

You need to count how many times the LED’s are blinking before they pause. This will give you the error code
