Graded appliance

Ive got a customer with a Indesit appliance which she bought cheap because the salesman said it had a dint in it and there is a sticker on it which says ( R GRADE ) I know what a A and B GRADE are but can anyone tell me what R GRADE is? is it the same as B GRADE or what ?
she asked me to installed it for her as she wanted it done properly which I did and I tried it machine seem ok but got a call this pm its p***ed out all over her new kitchen from the door 😳

R grade = Ripped off I think 😆

How can an Indesit be sold “cheap” ?

There is no logic in some customers is there, buy a washer at the lowest possible price but will pay for one of our good selves to install it, then expect us to sort the problems when it goes wrong 😕

I would advise she phones Hotmerldesiton in the morning 😉

Good customer of mine, I ve been looking after here zanussi d/w for a few years which she paid an arm and leg for that had more than one motor on it and impellor kits so I was releaved when it went BER she asked me to supply her with one but told I dont retail but would be more than happy to install it and DONT BUY AN INDESIT told her to buy something like a Bosch so was amused when i saw this as I know she is in for another bad machine saleman must have seen her coming
