Greetings from ISE’s new MD

Having completed my six weeks in limbo to avoid conflict of interest with my previous employer I have started with ISE this morning.

For those of you who don’t know me my name is John Hopwood and was customer service director at CDA, so have a wealth of ‘own label appliance’ experience. Previously I have had senior service and marketing marketing roles with a FSE100 company.

The number one item on my agenda is parts logistics. Therefore, I am meeting the ISE machine producer on Thursday, and wil have concrete details on Friday ref van stock and supply; which I will post here.

Indeed, a very warm welcome to John.

And within 24 hours we now have all the technical and parts diagrams available to us thanks to John’s efforts, which we will be working on over the next few days to improve upon with our own findings and information. Spares, as John rightly says, will follow ASAP.
