Grundig condensor tumble dryer

This all singing and dancing tumble dryer was repaired, new start cap as drum not going round the next day she tried it but no heat called the company but they did not want to come back, does the heater have a resettable over load as she wants me to go round and have a look also no model number.

It’s a glorified Beko made exclusively for Curry’s. Model will probably start GTN…… really do need this in order to look up any tech.
