Grundig gnfp4630dww cycle doesn’t start

Hi Everyone,

When starting a cycle, on closed doors, detergent dispenser opens, starts draining and after 30 seconds doors open with flashing play icon like it goes into pause, its auto open so im unable to close it back but when i close it back its starts draining again and program stays at the same time. When I reset the program it starts draining again goes to 0:01 min and opens doors again with flashing play symbol. It seems that it went mental.
Tried tipping it, unplugging for few hours cleaning anything that I can but it still has the same problem. Any idea what could it be? Thank You for help in advance

Is there no error code being displayed on the panel as that sounds, though I can’t be sure, like a heater problem.

Hi Kwatt, no there is none, it changes status from running to paused, it looks like it working normally so i dont think that dishwasher see it as a problem but its never ending loop. Fill and drain at the same time and then doors opens.

That is very strange as if it did have an error you shoud get something.

About all you can really do is to test things and hope you can find what the problem is but I’d probably start with and elimnate the heater being the cause then work from there.
