Grundig GWN48430CW Washing machine “Analysing”

Hi Everyone. Customer just rang with this Grundid washing machine GWN48430CW with “Analysing” in the display. Machine doesn’t start. Apparently it never normally displays this so it isn’t a “weighing” function at the start of a programme. Said I would ask the Oracle on the forum! I haven’t a clue!

been all through bot manuals and user book and no mention of analysing, nor does the display look capable of showing it

These machines are sold with a 5 year warranty from Currys
