I couldn’t find any clues on what it would be. The customer says it was not filling with water, when I visited the machine, basically you turn the power on, the display lights are on. Select for quick 14”, then press start. It locks and beeps (assuming that is usual for it to do so), then clicks – nothing happening apart from lights on and no one’s home.

I put my mindset into Beko washer with induction motor fault finding, no motor power board. It appears to be that the fascia panel controls it all? Not something that I have come across before.

There is power to the water valve but doesn’t activate presumably it does not mean water valve is the culprit as I tried to set it to spin and drain which should bypass the need for water and *should* activate pump and drum action but it didn’t.

Am I looking at control panel on the fascia being the culprit?

think motor power board is part of motor but some info shows it clipped to chassis by the dampers

it is as you say beko built have got the complete manual inc test routine if you want

there are 2 models with same number so just in case of differences need commercial code

    its either 712641100 or 1300

    no child lock engaged.

It was a very confusing one.

    Commercial code is 7142641100

Any chance I can have a test sequence manual, please?
