Hi folks,

If you were at the UKW meeting in September you will know that we have organised a warranty scheme as we told everyone about it then. Well, the first stage of that is now almost completed and just about ready for rollout.

If you retail appliances (not ISE only ;)) there’s a few nifty things we’ve built in, like a decent labour rate of £60 a call, you can set your own price/commision and you can service even if there is a manufacturer’s parts warranty. All in all it’s pretty cool stuff.

Over the next week or two we’re looking for interested people that want to give it a whirl before we announce it to the world and it’s dog that we have this. The reason is simple, as usual I would like feedback to make it as best I possibly can and ensure that it all works okay.

Hi Guys,

Can you email me details of where you want the literature sent and the accompanying pricing info. I will need to speak to you on the pricing side just so you get it, it’s not hard at all just a bit daunting when you first look at it.

Doing it by email just makes my life easier. 😉
