    Hi

    Whilst using my oven the other day all the electricity in the house went off, when i tried to use the oven again it was just blowing out cold air. The grill still works fine, as does the gas hob.

    Can anyone please advise what has gone wrong and how much it will cost to repair, Or do i need a new oven.

    Hi AlanLFC,

    do you have the full model number please, its located on the top of the oven so you will need to remove it out of the housing about 6 inches to see it, the no. has the letters GB in the middle.
