    Hello, any help appreciated,

    Fault description:
Starts to wash for approximately 5 minutes then suddenly stops and starts beeping showing error code.

    Error code (lights):
1000010 – gained also by following sticky post instructions.

    Thanks,
    Luke.

01000010? Should be 8 digits…. If that’s correct, it’s the pressure switch on the display module which is at fault. Not sure if it’s still available as a replacement board. Bigsmokepiker may be able to add to this.

    Regards,
    Penguin45.

Sorry I must have dropped a 0 when typing. I rechecked the error code display and is is actually 10000010.

Re: GW700 stops while washing and beeps

    Fault code 130
Likely cause can be Rotor position Sensor(RPS)
Can be corroded contacts On RPS
You will have to check underneath washer for any signs of water leakage
A washer of this age can have main seal problems (IE Water leaks slowly from main shaft eventually finding its way to the Motor area where RPS is situated)
If this is the case time for a new washer.

Second cause can be a faulty motor controller
New Controller comes as kit Part# 425243KIT $240.00AUD

Best case is if it is just a faulty RPS Part # 420296 $50.00

Re: GW700 stops while washing and beeps

My wife advises that it works intermittently for smaller loads but not for large loads so I will roll up the sleves tonight and descend into the bowels (or at least bowls) of the beast… Might be time to spend some money 🙁 boohoo.

Thanks guys for the prompt responses. That is very much appreciated. Very impressive.
