    Can anyone tell me what this fault is. I am a repairer and have fault codes for all models up to Phase 5 but none for the newer models

    Any help greatly appreciated

    GW709 IS A Phase 5
    Fault code 9 Size error
    Reset Size
    Size setting mode press &hold water temp up then press power
    cold water led 5 Kg
    low water led 6 kg
    spin hold led 7 Kg Your case
    Press power to store in memory

    Thanks for that I saw it was that as I have the Phase 5 fault codes but as machine has been used for an extended period did not think it would be that simple. I take it that the 709 is a 7kg machine
