Have an intermittent problem with my GW709.
Starts filling ok but water never shuts off…machine continues through washing cycle as if it has stopped filling, therefore water is just going out the overflow.
Shutting off power (even at the mains does not stop water flowing)…the only way to shut off water is too turn off cold tap. This then seems to reset the inlet valve and all is ok.
I checked and there are no error codes, also I recently replaced the motor control board due to a code 39 fault.
Seems that the inlet valve is intermittently sticking as it only happens about every 5 cycles…do I just replace it?
