    put ant programme on it counts down but no fil no spin no pump, they said it came up h2o when on a wash and he now said it came up f01 motor triac code, i checked valves pump motor so thinking its the board anyone advise

    Yes its the board. Getting quite a regular fault. Ive always reverted customer back to Hotpoint under 5 year part warranty.
    Not sure if EMW do them?

    It will probly be the C00254298 module seems to be the main culprit for that fault.

    thanks for this post guys. its confirmed my diagnosis on one of these yesterday. hope we can discover if its an easy component fix soon.
