H/Point F/F RFS60 Compressor Working – No Refridgeration

Hi,

This machine is 3 years old. Customer switched off to defrost and when
turned on it did not cool in fridge or freezer.

The compressor is operating and not getting over hot. Gurgling of
refridgerant can also be heard. The condensing coils are not warm and
the high pressure compressor outlet pipe is only warm.

This machine has a diverter valve.

Will this situation occur if the diverter valve is duff or can the PCB be
faulty and not operate the diverter valve – if in fact that is what the PCB does.

Or do I conclude that the compressor is duff.

I might be stating the obvious but it sounds to me that some, or all of the refrigerant has been lost.
