H/Point T/Drier VTD00P – Heater TOC Kit

Hi Guys

Anyone answer this for me:-

Over Heat TOC open circ so was after part no for kit to replace.. phoned supplier they cant find it listed so they fax me exploded diag where I found it.. BUT. on diagram says “Important Note”.. and several parts listed including TOC kit “NOT” available seperately have to fit heater asy.

Anyway tried TOC kit partno (1703037) and availible as seperate part..

Is this just a Hotpoint change of mind like the WMA tub parts (manual says parts no seperatly availible and complete tub change reqired but spider and bearings now aviliable.) in which case why list it as a seperate part in the first place or is there some other weird reason for this? 😕

No weird reason at all Mick, it’s just that the element is not available seperately (unlike the TOC kit) that’s all.! 😉

P.S. I’ve moved this to Trade Spares as it is a spare part enquiry. 😉
