had a look at this one today pressure chamber and metering tank severely gunked up.cleaned all out.m/c will not light up end led when it should have finished.heater meggers ok. seems to complete cycle ok.when reset it just leaves program light on and no end of cycle led.as soon as m/c is turned on it goes into whatever was the last prog straight away and begins cycle.no buttons stuck either.Paul 😕

Is it heating at all ? check relay joint on pcb common problem

Thanks snig for reply.since posting i have removed module.and tightened all connections up. relay seems fine,heating ok.this m/c is going through cycle no prob.it just wont go to the point where end led comes on. It starts straight away on new program on whatever it was on previously on when you power it up thus not giving cust the option of changing programs.im wondering does pcb need reprogramming as i believe pressing wrong combinations of buttons can upset program.
