    No obvious blockages in either filter. Drum rotates fine. No heat.

    I have always avoided these heat pump things.

    Any decent explanations on how they work and what things can cause the ‘no heat’ fault?

    I can’t find that model number I might find it on the serial number but, there’s not a lot of info I can see on any of them that are close.

    The moisture continuity sensors were the metal strips inside the tub, just below the filter area – like on the Bosch machines.

    as far as working is concerned treat them like a dehumidifier. you wont get much heat as its only waste heat from the compressor

    first thing to check is air flow. check carefully all filters and check the evaporator fins for signs of blockages
