haier HW-C1460TVEU continout ballancing

I have the above machine witch continuously balances and will not go into the spin.

I know the machines are bad for the balance protection but I’m just wanting to double check that the spin isn’t being affected by any faulty components before I go in for the PCB.

The machine completes the test cycle with no issues, even spins on and has no error codes.

The OOB is controlled by a signal from the motor tachometer to the PCB.

If it washes correctly and the motor tests ok it’s usually the PCB going nuts.

That said we have changed PCBs in the past and the problem got worst rather than better.

Hairs answer was to keep changing the PCB until we got a less sensitive one!
