    Customer says it won’t spin with or without load. Each time I’ve tested it’s worked ok. Any suggestions? Where do we get parts if required?

    These machine seem really sensitive to OOB loads. Wouldn’t explain not spinning empty though but would take what the customer says with a pinch of salt.
