haier hwd-c1200txve-u spinning water ot of soap draw

I have a landlord with the above washing machine.

The tenant has reported that the machine is occasionally, once a month, spins with water in and pushing water out of the soap draw. This only happens on synthetic and cotton setting but not on the quick wash (according to the tenant).

I have not seen the machine do this.

The tenant has also had issues with overloading them machine and damaging cloths but not lost anything.

I have checked all the drain, sump, drum and pressure system. there are no blockages or foreign objects or any issues that i can see. machine is draining OK and spinning as expected.

I know that its a long shot but dose anyone know of any issues common or otherwise that would cause the Haiers to spin water out of the soap draw.
