    Hi, Been to this machine twice in the last few weeks for not heating.
    First time replaced the heater all was fine for about 3 days then got called back, heater gone again.
    Fitted a new heater this one has lasted about a week.
    Is there anything I am missing with this one?

    Sounds like it’s getting switched on with no or little water

    Hi, The customer is very fussy and wants me to wait when I fit the new heater to make sure it works so I have watched it and on both occasions it had enough water in it. I think I will try one more and see how I go.
