Haier lack of spares

Having stocked some of the refrigeration which is okay for a budget range we decided on a couple of washers and tumble dryers.
Oh dear first sold a 1400 front loader.It was in customers house for one week when remote door locking mech goes faulty so we exchange machine for different make as part out of stock. Six months later still waiting so we arrange for uplift for credit back to distributor.
Semi commercial dryer sold July this year goes faulty three weeks ago.
New timer motor required these have been on order since late April this year and still no due date. Customer now states hole in drum checked this out and guess what no stock, another exchange required!!.
I do not think we will be having anymore of these as it has caused bad feeling all round. I do not think we will be stocking these anymore. I want to keep what little hair I still have 😉

I have A Haier Fridge freezer on order ( one of few who produce 50cm
wide with reasonable capacities) for a customer. With xmas around the corner I`m keen to keep on top of special orders. Chased this one yesterday to be told you`ll be lucky they have no stock in the country?
Not only is there no spares there is now no finished goods!!!!
I wonder if the distributor is trying to say something! It makes you feel
very 😡 .
