HEC is Hong Kong Electric. Seem to be old Indesit clones. Stainless outer tank seems ok for the money. Haven’t seen enough to form a proper opinion.
But I know a man who will…………….. 😀

I was looking at a dishwasher today when I noticed the Matsui washer alongside. Last time I had visited this customer was 5 years ago when I had repaired her Hoover washer, Quattro or some such. She told me that had lasted a further 4 years and then she had gone to Currys and picked up this Matsui for £139 including FIVE years guarantee. 😯
Did she remember right? Anyway she’s had a year out of it without trouble so far, so only four to go.
