Haier washer dryer foaming at the mouth

Well actually foaming out of the soap drawer on the final spin. I’ve had this happen on several of these as if it isn’t emptying properly. But the pump, filter and pipes check out fine and the water is all pumped out within the time before the spin gets going. Of course there shouldn’t actually be any foam by the time of the final spin but there’s lots and the customers aren’t over-soaping either. They end up sending me videos to show they’re not exaggerating the problem and they’re not! Ideas and/or empathy anyone?
