Has anyone used eSpares?

I asked on here recently and was grateful to receive the part number for a plinth / kick panel for our Bosch fridge freezer.

eSpares said they could supply the part, and took my credit card details and instantly debited the cost.

Now, 4 weeks later, still no part. eSpares say it may be lost in the post but have failed to supply a Royal Mail tracking number and told me to wait another 10 working days.

First time I’ve used them. Last, too.

Is it just a dodgy supplier?

You only need to know one thing about eSpares, their prices are around 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} to 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} higher than they should be. 👿
99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time you would be able to buy them cheaper direct from the manufacturer. Here at UKWG’s we will almost always be able to source parts at a more reasonable price and faster than E Spares.

As a matter of interest, what was the Bosch part number and the price eSpares quoted you?

EDIT. You don’t need to bother , just checked on eSpares £17.08 inc delivery. Direct from Bosch part is £12.40 inc delivery. :rolls: nudge, nudge, 😉 😉 say na more.

Yes, you’re spot on with the £17.08 That is what eSpares charged me, but it was plus £4.99 postage, total £22.07
I only went to them because I got a reply on here saying that my part was obsolete and couldn’t be obtained.
And that’s possibly the truth. Maybe eSpares can’t admit it.
I’ll stick with you guys next time. Honest, decent advice and you seem to know your game.
