    I have logged in with my username and password – no problems.

    I need to change my e-mail address but when I try, the system tells me that my password is incorrect. This is despite the fact that it is the same password that allowed me to log in.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi Rabbitgirl,

    It might not allow you to do as part of the anti-spam measures. 😕

    However, if you email the details over to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk we’ll sort it for you.
