    Is there such a thing on this bosch oven with thermometer that is calibrated? Conventional 10 degree too high fan assisted 20degrees too high.

    A calibrated thermometer….what are you on about?…Test thermometers have to be calibrated every so often to ensure they are accurate. Are you confusing thermometers with thermostats?……..on the mulled wine are we?

    Sorry a couple of jars was had (hic). What I meant to say if the oven is set to 180 and a thermometer was put in the oven and reads 200 is there any way of calibrating the oven so it is exact by some sort of test program rather than replacing the thermistor? I think that makes a bit more sense this morning!

    What you are asking is if the oven thermostat can be calibrated to match the oven thermometer, as far as I am aware most stats theses days cant be altered.

    All thermostats are plus or minus 10 degrees or so.
