Heat pump dryer help please.

Hotpoint NT M10 81WK UK heat pump dryer.

Apart from knowing the basics how they work we’ve not had any real dealings with H.P. dryers.

Customer complaints of running all night, clothes coming out steamy and smelling fusty, no water going into reservoir.

This is stacked at the end of a 90cm wide corridor so a difficult two man install whenever we go out.

Checked pump and for blockages etc but all seems OK. Obvs comp running as clothes steamy.

Any common issues which hits these which might cause this?

[electrofix]

airflow on all heatpump dryers is first thing to check

filters block easily even had fluff blocking the condensor on one samsung dryer
