Heating Problem : Zanussi Electrolux Essential ZSF6120

Hi, wise forum folks! 😀

we have a Zanussi Electrolux Essential ZSF6120, that’s only about 18 months old, but we’ve had intermittant problems with the heating failing over the last month or two, and now it’s given up the ghost altogether.

It completes cycles, just everything comes out cold, wet and with the dishwasher tablet sitting sad and soggy on the bottom. 🙁

You are sure it’s actually circulating? The tablet should break up, even without heat.
