Heavy condensation on freezer

Hi all,

I have a 12+ year old Lec upright freezer, which for the past 12 months or more has started producing heavy condensation on all external surfaces, and there is constantly a small puddle of water on the top surface.

I am correct in thinking that the internal insulaiton material has failed, or maybe the thermostat is faulty and is working flat out?

Any help would be appreciated – thanks.

Insulation has failed, you need a new one.
