HEC 1050 washer F/code 7 motor out of cicuit/overheat

Hi Gents,
just got this call in today, checked the above code on site just now,has anybody come up with this fault, whats the cause, and remedy, for this fault. any ideas would be usefull, never had had this on a m/c before. due to call around to customers on wed pm, would like a bit insight to what has happened, ie: appliance sitting on top of a carpet, stopping air circulating?.

Nah, they just go. Replacement motor is what you need.

so who does the parts for this m/c, has anybody got a part no. and price for this motor, could do with information for wednesday gents,
