Don’t shoot me, but I’ve got a customer that insists he wants this thing fixing and I’m not so busy that I could turn it down.

The problem is that it is not starting any program. The last time he used it, it would not finish the spin program so he pulled the plug/switched it off (can’t remember).

Since then it doesn’t take water or give any kind of motor action but the door lock is working fine.

It’s just over a year old and barely used, so I didn’t check for brush wear. Everything else metered OK. I did notice that there was approx 115v showing on the pump. I’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain if that’s normal, but I’m leading with a module fault.

    Any ideas are appreciated. Cheers

Try resetting it by switching off, turn dial to “0”, switch on, switch off, select programme and switch on. See what happens, failing that then probably module.

I did try that. With hindsight I’m thinking it might be a problem with the selector dial with it stuck at off, but I’ll be clutching at straws with that one.

I’m going to try JTM now, see if they can do anything.

    Thanks
