Help!

I have a Beko 5kg A+A class 1000 rpm, I wash my clothes on a 30 was with liquid detergent usually, there is no bad smell in my washer and it works perfectly fine, it does the cycles and it spins but it just doesn’t wash the clothes!! I’ve tried using all purpose cleaner on a quick was and powder on a 30 but nothing is working, I’ve had the same clothes in the wash 5 times to no avail. Like I said the washer itself does not smell it just doesn’t wash the clothes, I’ve tried using extra detergent but it does nothing.

What detergent?

What type of clothing and what does the care labels say you should be washing at as, pound to a penny, that the care labels will say you need more than 30?C.
