HI!
We have had a very noisy spinning AEG L61271WDBI washer-dryer and then last night it stopped spinning. Pulled it out, took the back off and the belt had become detached – but not broken or worn – managed to put the belt back on the pulley wheel and turned it. As it turned, it started slipping off again. The pulley wheel is fairly new but the movement on it indicates that – despite a very tight sprocket nut securing it to the bearing – its is moving around as if buckled.
We have deduced that it must be the bearings. Before we embark further on this path – does this sound familiar to any of you?
Help needed.
Thank you
