Hi j3lly
You can purchse the door seal through our spares shop here , you will need the ENR and FD number which can be found on the inside of the door frame to get the correct one.
If you are competent DIYer not to bad a job, there are some videos on You Tube as well if you are not sure.
If you are not sure you can always use our find an engineer here who will carry out the job for you.
HTH 🙂

Don
If your’e ENR is WAE24363GB/11 then the door seal is one of these two in our shop.

Have changed door seal for a genuine Bosch replacement
Retaining ring for the door is a solid wire ring with a 80mm ish spring
The spring does not seem to seat correctly
Have refitted twice with the spring in a different orientation with the same result
Have run machine and have NO LEAKS so all good there
I am just being paranoid about the spring not seating correctly
Or is there a way of getting it to seat correctlyThanks

Or is there a way of getting it to seat correctlyThe spring is best located just below the door hinge area. Seating the spring neatly behind the rubber flange achieved with a little application of soapy water…..’tis all! 🙂

As martin states spring was originally just below door hinge have tried here and 2 other places with the same result
Here’s a photo as it sits now at 12-00
Thought this would be best place as less likly to leak
