HELP BUILT IN DISHWASHER PARTS

I have a customer who says her dishwashers Model No is 970614500
possibly made by the Bernstein group and purchased from B&Q.

Anyone recognise this model No please ?

Sounds as though there is a problem with the door springs as the door drops down when opened.

Where can parts be obtained from ?

That looks more like a serial number to me and I don’t recognise the format persay, but it looks like Servis to me.

Thanks for the info, anyone got a breakdown of the parts, if so are the springs attached directly between cabinet and door hinges?

(Haven’t been to see this machine yet but I don’t want to have to take it out twice,built in I think.)

Where can I get the parts from, supplier/phone no if possible?

The part numbers are the same as Servis so you should be able to get them from the usual places. Masterpart, Connect etc.

Not sure but I think the springs may be connected to cables routed to tension adjusters at cabinet top-front. ❓
