    Hi all

I had a Cookers Appliances built in electric cooker fitted when I had the kitchen done and its broken down. Unfortunately, despite numerous requests, the guy who fitted the appliances didn’t leave me with any manuals or paperwork.

Having looked on this site I have discovered that Cookers Appliances was a brand name used by the collapsed Premium Applince Brands Limited (PABL) and appears to have been a limited range of products specifically produced for the building and small kitchen retailers.

Obviously because the company is now bust I can’t just order a replacement but can anyone point me in the right direction with regards to either fixing it, or ordering an alternative cooker?

The grill still works and the light comes on but the cooker doesn’t heat up at all. How can this be fixed?

Alternatively, what would be the best model to replace it with?

Many thanks in advance for any guidance.

    Cheers 😀

Sounds like it’s just the fan element that’s popped.

There should be a model number on the inside of the oven cavity around the door, look for the rating plate. With that we can tell you which fan element is in the oven.

    They’re usually cheap enough.

Or, you can call in one of the guys who will adapt one to fit that particular oven as it’s not that hard for us to do that usually.
