Hi we are currently on lock down and hoping we can get some help to diagnose a fault on our dishwasher and as needed get spares ordered. Are you able to help?
We get what we think is the 2nd and 4th light as a fault whilst the salt light flashes. It’s the middle light in the row of three and the start light. We thought it was F10?
The programs run for approx 30mins then the fault occurs. Water inside is cold so we thought it was a heat fault and we’re planning on replacing the element (after figuring out which one we need)
the appliance is approx 3 to 4 years old

very bad timing but at least we are having to wash pots and hands very regularly

    thanks in advance

    yes its probably your heater
and it is possibly this one

but to be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} i would need the rest of the numbers off the label

to be certain you would need to disconnect it and measure the resistance from the terminals

    Thank you very much.
Any advice for swapping it out?
we’ve seen a few videos on how to get to it etc so hopefully should be ok. We read somewhere about the connectors needing replacing at times. Is it worth ordering something at the same time?

have not done one of these so not sure of access. if connectors look like they have burnt or overheated then they need changing, otherwise it will be ok, as long as they are tight
