🙁 Hi all, I’m really desperate for some advice right now!
I purchased a second hand Fisher & Paykel, Smartdrive 9 ,excellence 7.5 a couple of weeks ago. All was well for the first week but now unfortunately i have a problem. The machine just keeps filling. It even fills in one end while its spinning out the other end! I purchased this for the water saver option as here in Brisbane we are going thru severe drought at the moment & we are running out of water. Can anyone help me fix this problem as i’m quite disappointed that i have only had it for a couple of weeks & already facing this problem. (Additional Info: Model # GW701-U, Product: 93914)

If the machine fills continuously, regardless of whether it is switched on or off, you have an inlet valve failure (Cheap). If it fills continuously only when the power is on, you have a component failure on the computer board so power is being constantly supplied to the valve (Expensive).
If you are seeking true water efficiency, you need to consider a front loading machine.
