Help Fitting Fridge Door Seal to Hotpoint HM325 Fridge Freezer

I am trying to fit a new Fridge seal I ordered to my Hotpoint HM325 Fridge Freezer. Whenever, I have changed seals on fridges in the past in the past, I have simply pulled out the old one and fitted the new one into the groove. However, when I tried to remove the seal from this Fridge/Freezer, I found that the seal is glued to the door with a strong adhesive and there does not appear to be a groove to fit the new seal. Thus, I stopped before removing the whole seal. Appreciate any advice?

There are 11 versions of your fridge freezer. We will need the full model number, serial number and any other number from the label. Better still take a photo of the label host it on a third party site like Google pics and post the link.

Model: HM325NI, Type KCM01; Code: 81787680101, SN: 406280229. Also has numbers “81/7876” in bold on label and says “Made in Turkey”. Hopefully, enough to identify the version?
