Help: Freezer crashed 2 days before Xmas !

I have a samsung stand alone freezer RZ32M71207F.

With nighmare timing, my 5 month old brand new freezer has stopped freezing, 2 days before Xmas, whilst newly filled with all the holiday season food.

The temperature is now at 6 degrees.All the lights are on when the door is opened and it still makes a slight humming noise.

I am no expert and have phoned the samsung helpline.

All they could suggest was turn off and unplug for 10 mins then start up again. This had no affect.

i have tried to:

-Remove anything blocking the interior rear fans.
-Repeatedly pressing freeze button to recuce temperature. It goes from 6 straight to 23 without anything in between.
-Pressing powerfreeze.

All to no avail.

Is there anything I can do to fix it to save my freezer contents – and ultimately Christmas day meal ?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
