HELP fridge AEG SANTO 3688

Hi gents
help have a fridge aeg santo 3688 prod 927717621 icing up along back inner panels never seems to stop running when there reading +3 on display fan working ok replaced pcb 10 monthes ago for fault customer never came back to me till 4 weeks ago so i regassed it with correct charge are the pcbs a problem any ideas

thanks for contact, in the fridge there are 4 removable panel at back that exposes the evap which gets a build up of ice the evap is 4 inch in width fins about 42 inch in length the fan sites above and blows the cool air through the 4 panels air ntc on side wall & ntc sits on base of evap the ice build up cames through the panels after about 10 days
