Help General Domsestic Appliances dishwasher problem

Hi,

We have the misfortune of having a GDA integrated dishwasher with the model number of 3.M1.150213110100. It has never been brilliant but for the last few months it is failing to drain all of the water from within the bottom of the dishwasher. Can anyone help on what the issue may be and the best way to resolve it? In addition anyway of finding out what the different wash settings inside (ranged from 1-5) actually mean as the previous owner lost all of the manuals and I can’t find any info on this for love nor money.

Those numbers do not relate to any known model numbers, does it look similar internally to your previous dishwasher which was almost certainly a Brandt produced machine?

Can you look down the sides of the inner door and see if there is a sticker with model number on it?
