    The “whole” is getting bigger and bigger. What is the cause and what to do to sto it?

    ….condensation turns in to ice , veg drawer is freezing vegetables and the melted part is getting bigger. Maybe this photo is better

    What model is the unit ?? If the fridge is on top of the freezer then it looks like it maybe that the defrost heater that MAYBE behind the liner is shorting out.

    My recommendation would be turn the appliance off and unplug until it has been checked out.
